Food for Thought: How to be a resilient leader

Strong recurring themes at the World Economic Forum this year were the nature of change, complexity, and ambiguity in the modern world.  Building resilience will require all of us, from average citizens to global leaders, to prepare by learning how to connect, adapt, and innovate.

Read some of Julia's reflections on the WEF 2015 and on how we can thrive in this new context:

"Leaders who want to thrive an adapt to this context would be wise to think about resilience.  Resilience, by definition, is about embracing change.  It is about not just bouncing back from stresses and shocks, but having the foresight to prepare for - and ideally prevent - crises, and having the adaptive and innovative capacity to rebuild, stronger, after catastrophe strikes."
